The deadline to register vote in person in Hawaii is:

Primary Election: July 14, 2016
General Election: October 10, 2016

Voter registration application must be postmarked by the deadline dates above

You may register to vote if you are:

• A citizen of the United States of America;
• A legal resident of Hawaii; and
• At least 18 years of age.

Pre-registration: Hawaii laws allow U.S. citizens to pre-register at the age of 16, but you must be 18 years old by election day in order to vote.
